Tentative date for the KamHoops Social is Thursday April 2nd.
Parks and Recreation have made a scheduling mistake so our playoffs date has been bumped up and our March 18th date has been removed.
Eight of the twelve teams will play this Sunday at the regular time.

The City has agreed to add an extra day of games for our scheduling troubles.

Important Update
Parks and Recreation has hired a crew to tear down the removable badminton court to accommodate our game this Sunday. If there are no problems with teams, refs and scorekeepers we will be playing at 4pm, 5:15pm and 6:30pm this Sunday January 11th.
This Sundays game, January 11th has been cancelled due to a Badminton Tournament. I'm still working on a make-up game with Parks and Rec. but it will probably take place at the end of March.
Also, games will start at 4pm on February 8th - check the schedule for exact game times.
For Sale: Official Fiba Molten Balls - that's how unpopular they were last Sunday.
Good'ol Spalding TF-1000's are on order.
Officials are finishing games with time to spare so we're going to try a 5 min halftime, which should be just enough time to fill your water bottle plus 1 timeout in the 1st half and 2 in the second.
Just a reminder with all the families and small children spectators, that there's a zero tolerance for swearing. If you are heard by an official it's an automatic Technical.
Everyone has their jerseys so we can do team pictures before each teams next game.
New Fiba game balls have arrived.

Score sheets have arrived so each team will get a score sheet after the game.

We are now running complete Fiba rules other than timeouts and running time if not within 10.
Teams are firm now until xmas when you can add more players to your roster.
Team Captains should only use the spares list if less than 5 players are anticipated.
A basketball was left behind last Sunday, let me know if it's yours.
Disappointing news - jerseys aren't ready. I'm told the printer burned 21 of them while setting the logo. Bring a reversible jersey with a number if you have one otherwise it's tape on a light or dark shirt. I am going to bring all of the sizes for you to try so everything will be ready for the following Sunday.

Jersey artwork has been finalized and they're expected to be here for our first game.
I've updated the schedule and schedulefaq with current game times and a better explanation of the ladder.
Check the leaguerules for the final game format the officials will use.

I have sponsorship money to pay for the gym so as long as there is an available spot and you get your team fees in before November 2nd, you will be able to play.
By popular vote the max/min players per team has been lifted. Your roster can have as many or as few players as you want.
Radio, Newspaper, and Flyer advertising starts next week.

There are many changes to this years league, the biggest being our game location. We have managed
to move the league to the new Tournament Ca
pital Centre. These courts are FIBA certified and by
running simultaneous games we can add two more teams to the league, bringing it to twelve.
Official team registrations will open the beginning of next month and I don't anticipate team fees going up, but ultimately will depend on our sponsorship situation.
